Stephens & Stephens is a law firm representing nuclear workers and other individuals injured by hazardous substances across the United States. Since 2010, the firm’s focus has been on federal workers’ compensation and other federal radiation exposure programs known as EEOICPA and RECA. We also handle Black Lung, Camp Lejeune, and Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF)/PFAS drinking water contamination claims.
